Collingham Parish Council and Collingham in Bloom had a lively stall at this year’s Collingham Village Show, raising £335 towards future planting projects. Visitors were entertained by our ever-popular “human fruit machine” game, while families and children contributed to a community art project – a colourful collaborative map of the village.

As well as the fun and creativity, our volunteers were on hand to share flood protection advice and to chat with residents about a wide range of village issues. Despite a few rain showers during the afternoon, the stall remained busy and spirits stayed high.

We’d like to thank everyone who joined in, donated, and helped make the day such a success. Every contribution supports the ongoing effort to make Collingham an even greener, more welcoming place.
